With over a decade of experience as a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist, I am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Additionally, I am qualified in Interpersonal Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am dedicated to delivering high-quality care and achieving the best outcomes for my clients, using knowledge from a range of psychological models, so that I can tailor therapy around each individuals needs.
Pricing
Therapy is £100 per hour. I offer concession rates and sliding scale pricing.
